This is a Lotte Shopping Mall project located in Sompa area, Seoul, and nearby Lotte World Tower, whose height is 555m,the highest building in Korea and the sixth highest in the world. There are total 60 units of escalators manufactured by SMEC.

The AU Conference Center is one of the key projects China has assisted in Africa, with a total construction area of 46,000 square meters. The buildings are shaped like a U, representing the hands of the Chinese and African people and holding up Africa's future together. The main building is an office building 99.9 meters high with 20 floors above ground and one underground floor. The project cost is $200 million and is the largest Chinese government aid project to Africa after Tanzanian-Zambia railway. The 18th African Union summit was held at this convention center.
