1.When signing a sales contract for new elevators. it only costs , and you can enjoy a 10-year warranty service (including the whole machine quality assurance period).
2. The ten-year warranty service can only take effect when SMEC or SMEC authorized maintenance units (for some models and specifications) undertake the maintenance work. Once the maintenance is interrupted, the ten-year warranty service terminates.
