The linear handrail drive significantly increase the lifespan of handrail; The unloading guides at the cured track of moving walk enable the rollers not to touch with the guide rail at upper curved part, reduces the wheel load and abrasion of the rollers, and prolongs the lifespan of the rollers; Using the automatic oil feeding device as the standard configuration significantly increase the lifespan of various chains; The standard interior-decorating components are made of stainless steel and are able to stand wear and fear.
Simple and Convenient Maintenance
The driving device of vertical layout has larger maintenance space than the driving device of horizontal layout, making the operation more convenient; Automatic oil feeding device is adopted as the standard configuration. The moving walk uses a large number of chains, such as pallet chains, drive chains, handrail chains. The lubrication of these chains is essential for ensuring their lifespan and guaranteeing the performance and quality of the moving walk.
Energy Saving
C series auto walk adopts highly efficient helical gear reducer and new handrail drive for energy saving; Frequency-variable auto walk can adjust operation speed according to passenger flow automatically. It would enter low-speed or standby mode in case of no passenger to save energy consumption. Adopt the motor in accord with GB18613-2012 and EU Command 2005/32/EC, achieving International Energy Efficiency Grade IE3, which has smaller size and high efficiency up to 91% (take 11kW as example)

An advanced drive unit and reliable safety devices are installed in the series C moving walk, and moreover, a series of damping and anti-noise structures are used to make passengers feel comfortable, smooth and quiet during riding operation.

Series C moving walk has a large transport capacity. It can meet the requirements for modern passengers traffic of different aspects and they are suitable to many places such as airport, shopping center, hotel and recreational facilities, etc... The space requirement for our unique creative design of moving walk has been reduced to the minimum. The sturdy structure can assure a large sufficient capacity. Every inch of valuable space shall be saved and the requirements of modern city traffic shall be taken into full account while carrying the busy stream of people in large markets or airports. The inclination angle of 0-12 degrees is available to option in accordance with different usage and environment.

Bypass variable frequency technology——Energy-saving
When the escalator operates with the nominal speed, cut out the frequency converter automatically and shift to the power grid which could increase the lifespan of the converter significantly. In case of any unrecoverable error with the converter, switch to the power frequency grid manually, and the operations of the escalator will not be blocked. In case of no load, the escalator will automatically switch to low velocity standby or stop standby. Regenerative power from descending would be fed into the grid, which is energy saving and environment friendly.
Phase-locked switching technology——Comfortable
Special frequency converter independently developed by Mitsubishi has the feature of modularized design and compact size; Advanced "Active Phase Synchronization, Phase Lock Switch Technique", realize smooth change between variable frequency to work frequency.
Functional safety technology——Safety
Pass the safety verification held by National Special Equipment Authority, and it is listed as the first in the nation passing certification of escalator function safety component PESSRAE held by European authorized German TüV Rheinland; Adopt double channel redundant inspection to ensure the safety function is reliable and effective.
Inspection System of Main SpindleAbsolute Position
Read code value of absolute position code disk installed on main spindle by absolute position sensor, thus the absolute position of escalator main spindle can be precisely acquired (precision up to 0.5mm), and calculate current operation speed and direction.
